Chloroprene Rubber

Polymerized from chloroprene monomer. Polymers, unvulcanized compounds, and vulcanizates tend to solidify gradually due to crystallization when stored for extended periods. The rate increases with decreasing temperature. Hardening caused by crystallization can be reversed by raising the temperature. It exhibits excellent heat aging resistance, weather resistance, and ozone resistance. The general service temperature range is -54 °C to 150 °C.

Epichlorohydrin Rubber (ECO)

The main chain contains ether linkages of C-O-Cn, and the side chains contain chloromethyl (-CH2Cl). Its oil resistance is close to that of high-acrylonitrile nitrile rubber, and its heat resistance is between acrylic rubber and nitrile rubber. It also has good ozone resistance. The general service temperature range varies depending on the copolymer.

Fluoro Rubber

Fluoro rubber is a synthetic polymer elastomer containing fluorine atoms on the carbon atoms of the main chain or side chains. Its monomers are vinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene, and hexafluoropropylene. Due to the strong electronegativity of fluorine atoms and the high C-F bond energy, the stability of the main C-C chain is ensured, providing excellent characteristics: outstanding high-temperature resistance, allowing long-term use at 206°C; excellent oil resistance, offering the best oil resistance; outstanding weather resistance; and excellent flame retardancy. Fluoro rubber is widely used in aerospace, automotive, petrochemical, and other fields, and can be applied in seals, O-rings, gaskets, fuel hoses, and many other products.
